TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

1. The warranty is confirmed to the first purchase of the product only and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty on any purchase will not be valid if not registered within 15 days of purchase on our toll-free number 16600-110090. Calling Hours 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Except on holidays).

3. Repairs under the warranty period shall be carried out by the company's authorized personnel only.

4. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the nearest authorized service center and bring the unit to the authorized service center at the purchaser's cost and link.

5. Calls registered with the authorized service center wherein only cleaning of the unit/parts in the unit due to dust gathering on the parts of the unit general explanations/returning are not to be considered as defects.

6. In the event of the repairs of any part/s of the units, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the remaining unexpired period of the warranty from the date of purchase. The time taken for the repair and in transit, whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.

7. The company obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing the part/s only.

8. This warranty will not extend to any part of Smart Appliances Product which has been damaged by lightening/thunderstorm and any natural calamity such as flood, earthquake, fire, or act of god and lifting, subject to misuse, negligence, accident, improper installation or voltage fluctuation, unauthorized repair or replacement of original parts.

9. Warranty will not be covered if the serial no./model no./date of purchase has been manipulated, defaced, removed, or altered or the customer's records on the warranty card is in the way altered or defaced.

10. Warranty will not be valid under the following conditions:

a) The product has not been used as per the company's operational manual.

b) This warranty will cease to be applicable to the defects arising out of pulled-out power cuts, blown fuse, or improper electrical circuit, which results in the operation of the product.

c) For TVs, Remote Control Units, Antennas Lid, or Battery Covers, Casing, Plastic Panels, Control knobs, Electrical Plugs, and Cables and or other Detachable Parts.

d) Refrigerator-Plastic/Glassware Light bulb/tube, Bottle Rack. Air Conditioner Air-Filter, Front Grill, Remote.

e) Washing machines-Casing, Top Lid, Filters, Pipes. Microwave ovens-Main Door, Cooking Glass.

11. This warranty does not cover any physical damage or animal damage including rodents chewing the wire.
